Memberships are NOT required for:

  • ANYTHING else - including procedures and sick visits

Lifestyle Membership - Weight Loss or Hormones ONLY

$59/month for healthcare workers, military and first responders.

  • Includes one monthly office or virtual visit for hormones or weight loss only.

  • Optional Add-Ons: 

    • Add all necessary labs: +$50/month

    • Add in-office testosterone pickup: +$50 per month

    • Add in-office semaglutide pickup: +$15 per milligram

    • Add in-office tirzepatide pickup: +$8 per milligram

Copper Membership

​$119/month, +$59/month per added household family member.
$79 & $29/month for healthcare workers, military and first responders.

  • Includes one monthly office or virtual visit for any reason including weight loss or hormones.

    • Additional visits: Complex $100, Moderate $75, Simple $50, Quick $25

  • $8.50/unit Botox and $3/unit Dysport (no additional discounts).

  • 20% off all services (IV therapy, esthetics, flu testing, injections, EKG etc.)

  • 20% off all service fees (night, weekend, holidays, mobile, etc.)

  • Psychiatric services - NOT included in membership.

Gold Membership

​$169/month, +$79/month per added household family member.

  • FREE in house lab draws

  • 30% off all services (IV therapy, esthetics, flu testing, injections, EKG etc.)
