At Performance Health - care is convenient, comprehensive and ethical. We don't use AI assistants or call centers. We don't even use assistants to respond to messages. This is true direct primary care - you can reach out to your provider when you need to and expect a quick response during normal hours. We emphasize shared decision making and we do not recommend things (like peptides, hormones, or other treatments) for profits. In fact - we are more likely to convince our patients NOT to do most things because there are often more evidence based options that don't make us money. If you want alternative treatments, that is okay too! It is. risk/benefit discussion and in general we will opt for patients to be able to choose whenever possible - as long as it is not going to cause harm and as long as patients truly understand the risks. We prioritize our members in our care model. If we have space to accommodate new patients - we will, but never at the price of reducing quality of care for our existing members. Our non-member pricing is also expensive - because we value ongoing relationships with our patients. We can help you best when we know you.
