Liquid Rhinoplasty

Non Surgical Nose Job
Aka the "Liquid Rhinoplasty"

Liquid Rhinoplasty / Liquid Nose Job / Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty

This is the use of filler in the nose to soften a "hump", perk a nose tip or fix asymmetry. It can be used in conjunction with neuromodulators as well as PDO threads. This procedure offers excellent, consistent and often very long lasting results.

This is one of the highest risk filler procedures due to the anatomy of the nose.

  • Severe Complications

    • Vessel occlusion causing skin necrosis ~0.08% (8 in 10,000). Nose injections are associated with 20% of skin necrosis cases.

      • Can be delayed or immediate.

      • Permanent damage if not caught right away but treatable if caught early.

      • Often treatable if caught early.

    • Vessel occlusion causing blindness in one eye ~0.09% (9 in 10,000). Nose injections are associated with 40% of filler related vision loss cases.

      • Almost always immediate.

      • Permanent damage almost certain - ophthalmologists trained in the procedure to correct this is not common.

  • Standard Risks

    • Bruising

    • Bleeding

    • Infection

    • Skin reaction

    • Asymmetry

    • Undesirable result

Our dedication to safety - Ultrasound

Just like on the outside - Not everyone's anatomy is identical. We utilize high quality full sized ultrasound (not a wireless handheld) with specialized probe to evaluate the tissue and underlying vessels prior to injection and during injection when needed to avoid critical structures.
