Each membership comes with different benefits. We designed our memberships so that you have an option to pay for additional luxuries if you want them, but are not stuck paying for services that you don't use. All memberships include a certain number of visits per month, a certain percentage discount on in-office services, cash pay laboratory studies, and all memberships include concierge access. Memberships come with a 6 month agreement - but we are flexible on this and will often approve early termination if needed, depending on the patient's circumstances. Our Gold Level Membership allows you to have two visits per month, but one of those visits can be applied to a weekend or evening visit, which is usually accessible at an additional charge for the lower memberships. Our Executive Members have 24/7 access with 1st priority. The only time we will reschedule a patient is for an elite member. We ask that our members are patient with this process as it is a rare occurrence. Executive Memberships allow us to keep more time open for our members, provide the access we do at a relatively low fee when compared to other concierge practices and allow us to provide discounted services to healthcare workers and first responders.
