Health Coaching

Our Health Coaching is for people who are ready to be held accountable and are ready to work hard.

  • First and foremost - Health Coaching is not medical care or a replacement for medical care. When Performance Health providers are performing health coaching they are not providing medical advice. Any and all medical issues can only be discussed at a medical appointment. We have to be firm on this distinction for quality of care and liability purposes. 

  • We do not promote gimmicks, fads or unsustainable results. 

  • We will not provide you with a magic pill, shot or life hack. These do not exist.

  • Our job is to help you problem solve to find ways to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life and help hold you accountable.

Lets be real. No one wants to take advice from an overweight physician or a body builder with an eating disorder. Sarrah Lester has proof of sustained musculature and leanness for 15 years after losing 40lbs in her late teens. Sarrah also has polycystic ovarian disease (PCOS) and insulin resistance, which she has had for her entire adult life but has managed to fix and maintain her physical health despite these health challenges. In addition to her baseline hormonal issues, Sarrah kept the weight off through 2 children, 2 master's degrees, multiple injuries and life changing events. She has done so without the use of any performance enhancing drugs including peptides and as of 2025 has not received hormonal treatments of an kind.

 

Sarrah has "done it too", she "walks the walk" when it comes to health and fitness. N

  • We are no-nonsense. We will hold you accountable. You will not be able to assert you are eating 500-800 calories per day and not losing weight because we know this is physiologically impossible.​
